Where can I buy OH MALOU products offline?

Our premium hair accessories, cosmetic bags, and leather bucket bags are available in selected concept stores and exclusive hair salons throughout Germany and Austria. You can find our partners here.

Order

Do I need a user account to be able to order?

Creating an account with us is not mandatory to shop with us. You can always place an order as a guest and add your desired products to the cart. However, having an account with us offers some advantages, such as faster processing of your order.

Delivery and shipping fee

How long is the delivery time?

We ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 2-5 business days (only Germany). For other countries, please check here.

How high are the shipping costs?

DE: The current flat rate shipping fee within Germany is 4.90€.

For orders over 40.00€, shipping is free, only Germany.

Can i track my order?

Once you have placed an order with us and we have processed it, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received an automatic email, please first check if the email is in your spam folder.

Why do you offer free shipping only from 40€?

We understand that free shipping offers are often taken for granted in our society. However, as a small company, we must be careful to consider the cost of shipping in order to operate economically. Therefore, we offer free shipping only on 40€!

Is the shipment insured?

Yes, all orders are insured.

How can I return my order?

Who bears the return costs?

We have decided to improve our business practices towards sustainability and conscious consumption. So you have to pay the return costs.

I do not like the article, what can I do?

You can return the products to us within 14 days from the date of shipment. Please note that the products are returned to us unused and in their original packaging.

How do I get my money back?

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will refund you within 14 days to the payment method you used with your order.

If an item is damaged or in an unacceptable condition, we cannot issue a refund.

My earring does not close properly - what can I do?

Sterling silver is a very soft material. The individual components are processed very filigree. If you notice that the clasp of your earring can no longer be closed properly, then carefully press the connecting part in the direction of the clasp hook. After that, the earring should close properly again. You can recognize this by the "click".

The item is defective, what can I do?

We are sorry if you have received a faulty item. In this case, please contact our customer service at contact@ohmalou.com. Please write us your order number and send us a photo of the defective item.

Do you offer discount codes?

At OH MALOU, we understand that discounts and promotional offers are a common marketing tool in our consumer society. However, we want to ensure that our prices remain fair and transparent and that our customers receive high-quality jewelry/accessories at a reasonable price.

However, sometimes we offer free shipping discounts.

Please note that these codes can only be used once per person to ensure a fair distribution and prevent abuse.
